Exercises and hypnosis

Summary:

Hypnosis anecdotes the experience of an orthomolecular psychologist. Some myths are debated. relaxation hypnosis is used to make behavioral changes.

In 1949, I had a real problem with royal fear. Four dentists have rejected me as a patient. I have two royal abscesses at the mouth of the other holes. My dread was so severe that I had to go to the hospital a few years earlier to have my dentures removed unconscious.

I went to a dental clinic where I found a dentist who had been recommended for hypnosis. He couldn’t work on my teeth, but he said he thought he could help me. So during lunch break, I went to his room with several other dentists, and he used the “standard” insertion method to let me know. Then he taught me the tricks of mental rest. If I raise my left hand whenever I feel my right hand change hands, indicating friction, the dentist stops, I calm my right hand and lower my left arm.) I don’t think so. and that would work, but I did when my last dentist asked me and supported hypnosis.

For the first few minutes I continued to lift my left arm and it stopped immediately. After that, I don’t need to raise my left arm too much, and it works fast.

He removed the two bad teeth, then cracked and filled another twelve in an hour and a half. I have Novocain for bad guys and I don’t want it for others. To the surprise of the dentist, he asked me if I was really a twin.

For me, a 22-year-old engineering student, it was a real “miracle”, I started learning all I could about this miraculous cure. I read everything I could find, from 1700 books in Mesmer, Coue, etc., to Erickson, Barber, etc.

I recognized the electronic engineer and made it my main job, but my calling continued to be hypnosis and, by extension, psychology. (Many of the behaviors are similar to hypnosis). I used it skillfully, taught it to doctors at colleges, and kept it going. I did a few shows and took a job as a stage hypnotist, but I loved using it to help people because it helped me.

In 1979, I left electronics engineering and began to study science. I went back and got my PhD in Psychology based on my education, life experience, and PhD program. I became a successful psychologist for many years working in secret in Florida. I gradually began to become an orthomolecular practitioner when I discovered that these types of therapies were more effective than “speech therapy,” although sometimes speech therapy was helpful.

Hypnotic relaxation

During my years of study, and later in my career as a psychologist, I discovered that the first dentist really did. Through hypnosis, he has given me a “new” app for relaxation. By using this simple application, I was able to change what was in my spirit called “phobia”. Not a great miracle, though I thought it would be at the time. Combining this knowledge with my knowledge of the Pavlovian “feedback loop”, I came to what I call the Bate Relaxation Technique.

It’s very simple, but it can be powerful – more powerful than most people think because of its simplicity. It starts with a general hypnotic stimulation process of relaxing the muscles, starting from the toes and working your way up to the head and face. Then, in a state of relaxation of the nerves, make the subject visualize the beautiful recreation area in which they are located. Describe the situation. Ask them to focus on how beautiful and fun it is.

Then ask the subject to memorize the fun and attention he or she is feeling at the time. Have them put these feelings into their memories as pictures. Then give them post-hypnotic suggestions that they can remember those feelings every time they read only three. Stop the session and ask the subject to stand, get some deep breath, and read only three. Surprisingly, the shoulder is usually 2 to 3 inches [2 to 3 cm] or more of the other nerves that are affected by the stress. I describe the “different” feeling as a kind of “blah” feeling. (As the topic rises at the session, their “normal” pattern of muscle pressure working and “fast” relaxation is feeling good.)

I tell the article that it has values now, or that it is used more often, several times a day, although not necessary, for the next week or so. more. This would define this principle inadvertently as a “conditional response”. (Remember Pavlov’s dog?) Now they have the same equipment that I got from the first dentist, but it is better and more useful. It reduces stress in any form instantly.

Driving for long distances is stressful. My wife and I have been driving for over 20 hours recently, and I have been driving for about 14 hours during those hours. At 78, this is not the “usual”. Secret – we both count three at a time and can rest behind the wheels. Nervous tension is very tiring, but few are able to calm the experience while driving.

This relaxing exercise program is very effective in many ways helping to solve mental problems of phobias, coercion and even severe physical problems. I can treat many asthma problems with anyone between the ages of 7 and 15, and I have had great success with the elderly. (Children in this age group are vulnerable; some adults abuse them.)

The process is simple, and effective. First, teach entertainment. Then ask the patient to imitate a severe asthma attack. “Come on, go ahead, your throat is closing again.” It is getting worse. When the patient began to get frustrated, say, “Now count three.” By the time he got to three, he was relaxing and said, “Now he’s gone, but you’re in control.”

Several years ago, I did this event with my 14 year old son of my best friend. When I was visiting them a few years ago, I entered the boy’s store and he recognized me immediately. I am amazed because it has been more than 20 years since he met me. She said, “Do you think I can forget the man who cured me of asthma?” “

It was another great day for my money.

There is no magic or even mystery about it. All you have to do is teach the new ones a “trick.” This relaxation “trick” is immediately learned as a response to the situation by repetition and use. It becomes a tool for the conscious mind to use in any situation to reduce stress. As everyone knows, stress increases our immune system, slows down our immune system, and helps kill us.

Different types of yoga and other meditation techniques are similar, but different. They actually reduce stress, but they are not useful in situations of immediate stress. This entertainment is instantaneous. It can be used for personal hypnosis, positive expression, and visual acuity.

I also use it for patients who want to quit smoking as a “substitute” for the immediate stimulus to a addicted smoker.

One idea that makes many people “fear” hypnosis. The idea is that someone else has “control” them and can make them do anything. Every experiment has shown that this is not true. Hypnosis cannot force a person to do anything that is against their moral values. The mystery is well preserved and this is what we work on in hypnosis or in subliminal training.

Hypnosis can be misused. I saw a hypnotist who showed this. He has a very beautiful wife who is very encouraging (using her fingers to fall asleep right away). He closes it and tells her to take it off. He woke up immediately and embarrassed, but he had no recollection of why.

She locked it up again, and at the time she was told she was at home in the bathroom with her door closed, she was going to take a shower. He slowly began to undress. He stopped her before going too far, but it was clear he was going to take things off completely. He liked how he stopped. She told him that someone had entered his house and that it was near the bathroom door. “Don’t come in,” he said. I am not dressed ”.

She takes off her clothes and wakes him up. He had no recollection of what had happened.

When I was little, I had sex with my girlfriend once or twice. But it was also hypnotized several times. One night I wanted to have sex, but she didn’t. I used a marker that caused it to fall off, but to no avail. He refused, even moving his eyes. So the notion that someone can influence you to do what you do not want to do is wrong. I can attest to that on my own. Our internal differences protect us greatly in every way, even though some may be wrong.

Of course, if you work in hypnosis or subliminal training, or pretty much any form of serious psychology, you must be aware of the subconscious, because that part is always what you are trying to do. Reversal of hypnotic age

This is a very useful tool for the psychologist, or, for that matter, for any doctor of any line. Under even “light” hypnosis, details can be used to “bring out” a patient’s life that they have largely forgotten. (Unknown memory has it all.)

There are several “trade tricks” included. After my workout, I used a “immersive” technique like this: “Now I want you to think and visualize yourself as you descend the escalator as I read to 10. One, suppose you are walking with emotion
